Daily Sudden Move Alert
Independent from the Extreme Moves module. It tracks the 1D percentage move from the daily open reference to current price and notifies based on user-defined rise / fall thresholds.

Example: +30% alert There is no repeat at +34%; a new notification appears at +35%. If price falls to +31% and returns to +35%, no repeat is sent; the next threshold is +40%.
